New Project
Our client has started the remodeling project. His name objective was to increase the area of old house from 2500 sq.ft to 4800.
The prices for the real estate in Camarillo, CA grew up faster then in Los Angeles. After secure construction loan from NY bank we got all permits and start demolition. The average price for sq.ft in Camarillo, Ca is around $400-$550/sq.ft for high level construction.
To maximum increase value of future house we decided to use best upgrades:
- 22 ft high wrought iron front door
- Elite tilt and turn Eurowindows from a larch wood
- Modern Italian Eurokitchen with natural stone countertops.
- Italian vanities and shower cabins.
According to real estate comps the property will cost around $2,5 mlns. Construction cost will be under $1.5 million.
Finished Projects
Here is another project from Malibu Remodeling in Marina of Channel Island (north of Malibu).
It was a small 2,300 sq.ft house. we got demolition permits and build in 9 month a 4 bedrooms,
3 bathrooms 4,000 sq.ft house with a roof deck.
Construction cost was under budget with top of the line finishing was near $1,2 mln.
Market price of new house now is over $2,7 mln.
