Here is another project from Malibu Remodeling in Marina of Channel Island (north of Malibu).
It was a small 2,300 sq.ft house. we got demolition permits and build in 9 month a 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms 4,000 sq.ft house with a roof deck.
Construction cost was under budget with top of the line finishing was near $1,2 mln.
Market price of new house now is over $2,7 mln.
