Residential zoning and property general development research
INTRODUCTION:
As stipulated in the Zoning Code, buildings have various zoning requirements. These requirements vary depending on several elements such as the zone and the location of the property. In addition, certain specific areas are governed by specific plans, which often regulate the zoning requirements. Due to the complexity of zoning laws, the only accurate way to obtain the zoning requirements for your proposed building or addition is from qualified specialists. This will safeguard you from unnecessary problems and additional expenses.

Residential property development engineering research report
INTRODUCTION:
The cost of construction is often affected by specific engineering requirements that may increase the construction costs by up to 100%. Here are a few examples of such cases:
- Hillside area (additional construction of specific foundations, retaining walls, steel frames and others).
- Remodeling or addition to an existing building (an Expert Engineer can give you recommendations which will save you thousands of dollars on the construction).
- Seismic Hazard Engineer can explain and estimate additional actions to meet the California Building Code requirements).
- Expensive soil area or beach area (Engineer can estimate your additional cost).
- Height underground water (an engineer can estimate how it will be affect the cost of construction).
